21.06.2022 – Chinese internet stocks are historically cheap. The Chinese regulators are starting to ease the financial policy and provide liquidity to the economy. The US is tightning, on the cusp of a recession and their stock market is historically overvalued.
The current market situation is made for pair trades like these. We entered long $KWEB and short $AAPL. In case of a broader stockmarket crash one is hedged with the short.
